Just follow these steps for incredibly white teeth:
Using a disposable dixie cup, place about 1 tsp. of Aluminum FREE baking soda in bottom of cup. In separate dixie cup, CAREFULLY dilute by mixing 1 tsp 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide with 1 tsp of water. Slowly add a very small amount of your diluted 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide to baking soda until a liquid paste is formed. Not too liquidy and not too pasty…..Remember you want this to pour nicely in your homemade teeth whitening trays! Note: You can also use this mixture to floss your teeth. Just dip your flosser in the diluted mixture and floss!
Note: There are many strengths for teeth bleaching…..10%, 15%, 20% and as high as 35% Be sure to do the math correctly when diluting your 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Figure out what works for you. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!!
Form a crease in the dixie cup top so that your perfect teeth whitening solution will pour easily out into your trays. Pour evenly into trays and put filled trays on your teeth. Wait about 1/2 hour and then remove your homemade trays and rinse your mouth out thoroughly. Rinse your homemade bleaching trays for next time too!
Avoid coffee and dark sodas for about a day to prevent new stains from forming on your beautiful white teeth!
